This is an opportunity to have time for yourself, time to think about your own intentions, and just how your wild and precious life can be.

In 2024, let's invite your creative spirit to share with you the gifts that you are to bring forth.

Let this creative act bring excitement, vision and aliveness to the new year.

Bring your dreams into the open. Choose a word or words to support you this year.

Dreams are where ideas are born.

Our imaginations helps us to carve new paths and see new perspectives in our lives.

Change can be challenging and it’s important to check in on ourselves so we can prepare for such moments… but a desire for growth, learning, and change are essential and part of the journey in your well-being.

Let's create an Intention. This can bring tremendous insight into your life.  Let's dip into our deepest selves and set a clear intention! that helps you navigate the moments with compassion. You are the artist of your life!

Each year my word  holds the key to a valuable piece of insight.

Let's release 2023 and begin the new year with a refreshing energy.

You get to:

*Choose a word or words as a focus and a motivator for the year.

*Set an intention, about how you want your year to flow. 

With meditation you can envision your word for the year.

You get to paint your word on a canvas board, canvas or water color paper after some painting background fun!

Laugh and giggle and have fun!

SUGGESTIONS for STUDIO SETUP:

* Perhaps light a candle

* Have a quiet place to paint

* A cup of tea or glass of water

* A little snack

* A favorite piece of jewelry or crystal

* Something that assists you in feeling supported

* Welcome your creative muse

* Have all materials ready for class.

SUPPLIES:

* 5x7 or 8x10  or any size canvas, canvas board or water color paper or cardboard piece, you choose

* a variety of acrylic paints

* mod podg glue or white glue

* a few brushes

* container for water

* paper towel or rag

* pencil

* hair dryer

* open heart

* mod podge or white glue

* paper & pen or pencil

OPTIONAL:

* tissue paper, music paper, paper for collage, cardboard

* stencils

* letter stamps

* possible words or letter cut out of magazines
