A time to think about your own intentions and just how your wild and precious life can be.

I believe hope is fundamental to the human spirit.

That dreams are where ideas are born.

That our imaginations help us to carve new paths and see new perspectives in our lives.

Change can be hard and it’s important to have reality checks so we can prepare for this… but your desire for growth, learning, and change are essential to your well-being.

Change rarely happens in the ways we think it will.

Let's create an Intention. This can bring tremendous insight into your life.  Let's dip into our deepest selves and set a clear one-word intention that helps us navigate life with compassion and intention.

Each year my word  holds the key to a valuable piece of insight.

You get to:

*Choose a word as a focus and a motivator for the year.

*Set an intention, about how you want your year to flow. 

With meditation you can envision your word for the year.

You get to paint your word on a canvas board, canvas or water color paper after some painting background fun!

MATERIALS:

* 5x7 or 8x10 canvas, canvas board or water color paper

* a variety of acrylic paints

* optional: stencils, stamps

* tissue paper if you would like to collage

* mod podg glue

* a few brushes

* container for water

* rag or paper towels

* pencil

* hair dryer

* open heart
