This form of painting honors spontaneous acts of creative exploration, focusing on being present and in the flow of the process while not bound to the external product.

You will paint and breathe into the depths of your creative aliveness while being supported by me. 

The environment is nurturing, playful, fun and filled with loving-kindness.

We will:

* begin with a meditation

* have a creative exercise 

* paint in silence to deepen the experience

* one on one facilitating will be provided during painting with Zoom breakout rooms

This process requires you to be present and willing to experience whatever arrives. 

In the Intuitive painting process, you will be drawn to certain colors, brushes, perhaps even glitter allowing whatever wants to show up on the paper to be seen.

An intuitive painter is on a journey, trusting the process moment by moment. We paint in silence.

There are no judgments about your paintings. There are no mistakes in art.

*** I believe creative expression is fundamental to a healthy joy filled world. Releasing and letting go through creative art is and always has been very valuable to me and I want to share that with others.

Supplies needed:

* Tempera Paint a variety of  colors  (Amazon has PRANG for $25.00) ( some Dollar Trees have Tempera Paint)

* White Butcher paper or large white paper or Mixed Media paper

* Brushes

* Rag & water container

* Mark making tools around the house, pencils, tops of jars, tooth brush, toilet paper cardboard tube

* An ART journal of any kind

* Writing tool , pencil or pen

* Apron or wear messy clothes

* Hair dryer optional
