MENDED HEART: Garden Class

Let’s pay tribute to our precious heart

We will take sacred time to:

* meditate to our heart

* create a template of a heart

* paint it

* sew it 

* honor all the scars created in our heart

* simple messy or neat hand sewing

All Supplies provided. Bring any beads you would like to sew onto you heart.

Would you enjoy getting  inspired  among flowers and trees in my garden?

We will create under tents or the shade of a tree.

Relaxing laid back environment filled with loving kindness.

No art experience is necessary.

Address will be given upon registration.
