Let’s spend a day having fun connecting to your creative wisdom.

We will move to the beat of the music, let go of unwanted stress, stretching our fabulously fabulous bodies & discovering inspiration.

Painting is our spirits way of expressing.

We will then settle into a sound bath and a meditation to relax our mind and spirit.

I will guide you with some exercises to begin.

Spraying, dripping, experimenting, collaging… Playing with colors.

A sound bath.

Celebration created for self love.

We will then flow and uncover the music of our souls onto our canvas.

The studio is a judgment free zone and very supportive of the creative process.

Let’s laugh and enjoy the process of making art & each other.
