Write messages to her with markers or pens.
YOUR body is a gift to you. You get to inhabit her while you walk on the Earth.
She takes care of you, teaches you, loves you…
Speak to her with loving -kindness as she deserves.
Ask her:
What do you need?
What do you want?
Ask her which parts of your body want more loving?
What do you want to tell me?
What do you want to share with me dear body?
What do you need to clean up?
Kindness towards yourself, better eating habits, non -toxic environments?
… and listen& hear her
Call on your inner muse.
What fun we will have!
Wear clothes to paint in.
Relaxing laid back environment filled with loving kindness.
