Angels Surround Us: Zoom Class

ANGELS SURROUND US

12:30-3:00pm PT Pacific time

3:30-6:00pm  ET  Eastern time

I hope to meet you in circle.

We will gather and call on the angels to assist us in our painting as we create light for them to see.

We will meditate, share, paint!

Painting is important because it:

* fosters creative growth

* assists in stress relief

* stimulates an optimistic attitude

* cultivates emotional growth

I believe there are angels among us, sent down to us from somewhere up above. They come to you & me in our darkest hours, to show us how to live, to teach us how to give, to guide us with a light of love. Helen Keller

No experience needed. 

Laugh and giggle and have fun! 

SUGGESTIONS for STUDIO SET UP:

*Perhaps light a candle

*Have a quiet place to paint

*A cup of tea or glass of water

*A little snack

*A favorite piece of jewlery or crystal

*Something that assists you in feeling supported

*Welcome your creative muse

*Have all materials ready for class.

SUPPLIES:

* Suggested: wood, canvas panel board, canvas , whatever size you wish

* A few different size paint brushes

* Acrylic paint colors such as yellow, brown, red, blue, white, black, orange, green, purple Any colors you wish to use.

* Skin tone color paint & perhaps metalic gold 

* Hair dryer or heat gun

* Container for water & water

* Rag or paper towel

* Choose a quote or poem for your painting if you like.

* Thin permanent marker

OPTIONAL:

* Stencils if you have them & stencil brush or sponge

* Bubble wrap or the inside of an Amazon envelope

* Wet wipes 

Come with an open heart and be ready for some FUN! Open your mind and heart for pure creativity.
