Angels are Among Us

We will gather and call on the angels to assist us in our painting as we create light for them to see.

We will meditate, share, paint!

Painting is important because it:

* fosters creative growth

* assists in stress relief

* stimulates an optimistic attitude

* cultivates emotional growth

* helps practice emotional growth

I believe there are angels among us, sent down to us from somewhere up above. They come to you & me in our darkest hours, to show us how to live, to teach us how to give, to guide us with a light of love. Helen Keller

No experience needed. 

Laugh and giggle and have fun!

Materials:

* Suggested: wood, canvas panel board, canvas , whatever size you wish

* A few different size paint brushes

* Acrylic paint colors such as yellow, brown, red, blue, white, black, orange, green. Purple Any colors you wish to use.

* Hair dryer or heat gun

* Container for water & water

* Rag or paper towel

* Choose a quote or poem for your painting if you like.

* Thin permanent marker

Optional:

* Stencils if you have them & stencil brush or sponge

* Bubble wrap or the inside of an Amazon envelope

Come with an open heart and be ready for some FUN!
